To foster the development of correct labor values among students and cultivate well-rounded young individuals excelling in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor domains, the Accounting School initiated its first "Cultivating the Garden" labor education activity of the semester on the afternoon of March 4th. Eighteen students participated in this event, collaborating on tasks such as soil loosening, mulch laying, seedling planting, watering, and constructing arched sheds.

As the Awakening of Insects approached, a traditional Chinese solar term marking the onset of spring, the "Huile Garden" was alive with energy and activity despite the lingering chill. The fields were dotted with the diligent figures of students, who, equipped with rakes, meticulously cleared rocks and weeds to level the ground. With practiced and vigorous movements, they shoveled soil from ditches onto ridges. Guided by their teachers' patient and detailed instructions, the students efficiently divided tasks and executed a series of agricultural activities, including mulch laying, hole digging, seedling planting, and watering. Whether crouching or standing, their hands were ceaselessly at work, their faces reflecting concentration and resolve.

This initiative not only imparted horticultural knowledge and agricultural skills to the students but also ingrained a deep-seated appreciation for the spirit of labor, encouraging them to embody it in their actions. It is hoped that each seedling planted by the students will flourish under their attentive care, yielding bountiful fruits. May the joy and fulfillment derived from this labor become an enduring treasure in their hearts.
